In partnership with The LAB in Gardena, Uprising FC delivers a powerful training experience that develops the *whole* athlete.

Fustal Training Methodology

  • Tight-space footwork, quick decision-making, and enhanced field vision through high-rep futsal training.

AI-Driven Athletic Mastery

  • Soccer-specific weight and movement training from LAB’s top-tier performance coaches. Designed for power, balance, and injury prevention. Players receive data-backed insights and development plans using cutting-edge AI performance assessments.

Professional Coaches

  • All sessions led by coaches who develop + mentor elite athletes
