The original mission of The Uprising FC is to provide elite-level training for all qualified players from every background. No player should be left behind because they do not have the resources to train at a high level.
Uprising exists to raise the development standard in American youth soccer. We prioritize long-term technical and tactical growth over short-term wins. Our mission is to build complete players — technically sharp, tactically intelligent, physically prepared, mentally disciplined — and prepared for the next level.

Players are evaluated on technical ability under pressure, decision-making speed, competitiveness, coach-ability, focus, and work rate. Tryouts are structured training sessions.

Placement decisions are based on training standards, group fit, and the player’s current developmental readiness.
