Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in programs, events, and use of the website operated by The Uprising Football Club, Inc. By registering for any program or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Participation

Participation in training sessions, leagues, tournaments, camps, and travel programs requires:

  • Completed registration

  • Signed waivers

  • Payment of applicable fees

The Uprising reserves the right to modify:

  • Schedules

  • Locations

  • Coaching assignments

  • Program format

We also reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation for safety, disciplinary, or conduct-related reasons.

2. Assumption of Risk & Waiver Requirement

Soccer and athletic training involve inherent risks including physical injury.

By registering, participants and parents/guardians acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

A signed liability waiver is required prior to participation.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Program fees must be paid as outlined during registration.

  • Missed sessions are not refundable.

  • Refunds, if granted, are issued at the sole discretion of The Uprising and may be subject to administrative fees.

  • No refunds are guaranteed for voluntary withdrawal.

Medical withdrawal requests must be supported by written documentation.

4. Code of Conduct

All players and parents agree to uphold the standards of The Uprising, including:

  • Respect toward coaches, referees, and opponents

  • Positive sideline behavior

  • Commitment to development and team culture

Failure to adhere to these standards may result in suspension or dismissal without refund.

5. Media Release

Unless written notice is provided to info@theuprisingfc.com, participants grant The Uprising Football Club, Inc. the right to use photographs, video recordings, and related media for promotional, recruiting, educational, and marketing purposes.

No compensation will be provided for such use.

6. Recruiting & Exposure Disclaimer

While The Uprising provides exposure opportunities through competition, travel, and networking, we do not guarantee:

  • Academy placement

  • College recruitment

  • Scholarships

  • Professional contracts

Advancement depends on individual performance, commitment, and external selection decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, website content, curriculum materials, and media are the exclusive property of The Uprising Football Club, Inc. and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, The Uprising Football Club, Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of property

  • Injuries sustained during participation

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.
